It is an application created by Korea Broadcasting and Communications University so that students of Korea Broadcasting and Communications University can learn on smart phones without lecturing their carriers (see lecture and download) and receive various bachelor's information. In 3G and 4G network conditions, data communication charges occur. Please use Wi-Fi when downloading.
